What exactly will I get?
Two PDF files of the same 9-page printable: one sized for US Letter (8.5×11 in) and one for A4 (210×297 mm).
How do I download my files?
Right after checkout you’re taken to a download page with a button for each PDF. Save them to your device straight away. If you have any trouble, email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we’ll send the files.
Will anything be shipped to me?
No. This is a digital download only. No physical item will be shipped.
How many people can join?
The sign-up sheet has room for 18 names per page and the kit includes 24 name-draw slips. Print extra pages for a bigger group.
Is it office-friendly?
Yes. The office questionnaire sticks to friendly, work-appropriate questions like favorite snacks, colors and hobbies.
How should I print it?
